We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organization details), usage data (feature usage, session logs), and technical data (IP addresses, browser type). For healthcare organizations, we process Protected Health Information (PHI) as a Business Associate under HIPAA.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate your identity; process billing; send important notices; improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; and provide customer support.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating the platform (under BAA where applicable); legal authorities when required by law; and with your consent.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest; role-based access controls; audit logging of all PHI access; regular security assessments; and SOC 2 Type II compliance program.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Clinical data is retained per applicable medical record retention laws (minimum 7 years for adults, until age 21 for minors). You may request deletion of non-clinical data at any time.

You have the right to: access your personal information; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); data portability; opt out of non-essential communications; and file a complaint with relevant authorities.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by healthcare professionals and their patients. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. Minor patient data is handled under HIPAA regulations.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
